Returns & Exchanges

At Joseph Couture Boutique, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange your items under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Exceptions: Final sale items, personalized products, and any items that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
In-Store Returns:
Procedure: Bring the item, along with the receipt and original packaging, to any of our store locations. Our staff will assist you with the return or exchange process.

Online Returns:

Initiation: Log in to your account on our website, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return. Follow the prompts to create a return request.
Shipping: Pack the items securely with all tags and original packaging. Use the return shipping label provided and send the package via the carrier specified in the return instructions. Please retain proof of postage for tracking purposes.
Return Fees: Returns are free if initiated within 24 hours of delivery and must be received shipped within 48 hours (except weekends and or holidays) of the delivery date. After 48 hours, a return fee of 20% of the cost will apply.

Refunds:

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 days after we receive and inspect the items.
Method: All Refunds will be issued in the form of Joseph Couture-Money (which is a gift certificate). For gift returns, a gift certificate will be issued.

Gift Returns:

Procedure: To return a gift, contact our customer service for a gift return slip. The recipient will receive a Joseph Couture- Money.

Exchanges:

In-Store: Visit any of our store locations for assistance with exchanges.
Online: Initiate an exchange online by selecting the replacement item during the return process.

Holiday Returns:
Purchases made between November 1 and December 16 can be returned through January 15 of the following year, with all standard return conditions applying.
